Automated outreach exists to:
Surface relevant candidates at scale
Create inbound interest efficiently
Let Talent Partners earn without constant manual sourcing
It is not designed for:
Spam
High-volume blasting
Misrepresentation
Risky LinkedIn behaviour
How outreach works (step by step)
1. You opt in
Outreach never runs by default.
To enable it, you:
Connect your LinkedIn account via the Chrome extension
Explicitly opt in during onboarding or later
Can pause or stop at any time
No opt-in = no outreach.
2. You’re matched to a role
TechTree allocates you to roles based on:
Geography
Seniority
Past performance
Capacity
You’ll always know:
The company
The role
The context you’re representing
We do not anonymise roles or hide company names.
3. Candidates are selected by AI
For each role:
TechTree AI builds a candidate shortlist
Profiles are filtered for relevance
Existing connections are excluded
Duplicate outreach is prevented platform-wide
You are not competing with other Talent Partners.
4. Messages are sent conservatively
Outreach follows strict limits:
Fewer than 100 connection requests per week
Well within LinkedIn’s safety thresholds
Throttled and staggered automatically
We prioritise:
Account safety
Long-term deliverability
Your reputation
5. Candidates reply — you engage
When a candidate responds:
You see them in your dashboard
You reply as yourself
You answer questions or confirm interest
You submit interested candidates into TechTree

But you are never impersonated.
What TechTree will do on your behalf
When outreach is enabled, TechTree may:
Create message sequences for the role
Send connection requests from your LinkedIn
Assist with first-line responses to engaged candidates
Route interested candidates into the platform
All activity is logged and visible.
What TechTree will never do
To be explicit, we do not:
Send messages without your opt-in
Message your existing LinkedIn connections
Exceed LinkedIn limits
Hide who the company or role is
Run outreach while your account is paused
Continue new outreach after deactivation
If something feels unclear — stop it immediately and tell us.
Your control at all times
You can:
Pause outreach instantly
Stop outreach permanently
Disconnect the extension
Ask for clarification on any message or role
Control always sits with you.

Typical effort:

10% of the success fee
