It is not designed for:

Outreach never runs by default.
To enable it, you:
Connect your LinkedIn account via the Chrome extension
Explicitly opt in during onboarding or later
Can pause or stop at any time
No opt-in = no outreach.
2. You’re matched to a role
TechTree allocates you to roles based on:

We do not anonymise roles or hide company names.
3. Candidates are selected by AI
For each role:
TechTree AI builds a candidate shortlist
Profiles are filtered for relevance
Existing connections are excluded
Duplicate outreach is prevented platform-wide
You are not competing with other Talent Partners.
4. Messages are sent conservatively
Outreach follows strict limits:
Fewer than 100 connection requests per week
Well within LinkedIn’s safety thresholds
Throttled and staggered automatically

To be explicit, we do not:
Send messages without your opt-in
Message your existing LinkedIn connections
Hide who the company or role is
Run outreach while your account is paused
Continue new outreach after deactivation
If something feels unclear — stop it immediately and tell us.
Your control at all times
