The End-to-End TechTree Process

1. Client Kickoff

Every search begins with a kickoff call between the client and a TechTree Talent Strategist.

During this session we define:

  • role requirements

  • company context

  • compensation range

  • ideal candidate background

  • target companies and markets

This information becomes the foundation of the search.


2. AI Market Research

After kickoff, TechTree’s Research AI Agent builds a talent map.

The AI analyses:

  • the job brief

  • client information (funding, employees, growth)

  • TechTree’s candidate database

  • historical hiring insights

This produces:

  • candidate longlists

  • target companies

  • candidate clusters

  • outreach strategies

AI allows TechTree to run deep research in minutes rather than days.


3. Client Calibration (within 24 hours)

Within 24 hours, TechTree shares a sample of potential candidates with the client.

The client provides feedback on:

  • seniority level

  • skill requirements

  • company background

  • overall profile fit

This feedback helps refine the search before outreach begins.


4. Multi-Channel Outreach

Once the search is calibrated, TechTree activates multiple sourcing channels simultaneously.

Talent Partner network

Talent Partners are notified when:

  • candidates in their network match a role

  • outreach campaigns are launched

  • they may want to submit referrals

5. Candidate Interest

Candidates enter the pipeline through:

  • automated outreach

  • Talent Partner referrals

  • inbound applications

At this stage TechTree reviews candidate interest and filters relevant profiles.


6. Screening Interviews

Qualified candidates are invited to a structured screening interview.

Screenings are run by:

  • TechTree Talent Strategists

  • approved Talent Partners (when applicable)

Screening verifies:

  • role fit

  • motivations for the move

  • salary expectations

  • communication and professionalism

This ensures clients only see serious and qualified candidates.


7. Candidate Review

After the screening call, candidates are manually reviewed by TechTree.

This step verifies:

  • screening quality

  • role alignment

  • client fit

Only candidates that pass this review are shared with the client.


8. Client Interviews

Clients review candidates through:

  • their ATS

  • Slack

  • the TechTree platform

If the client is interested:

  • interviews are scheduled

  • TechTree coordinates the process

  • feedback is collected

Client feedback helps refine the search and identify additional candidate pools.


9. Weekly Hiring Sync

TechTree runs weekly calls with the client during active searches.

These sessions help:

  • refine search criteria

  • review candidate feedback

  • accelerate interview processes

  • unblock hiring decisions


10. Hire

When a candidate is hired:

  • the placement is confirmed

  • the success fee is generated

  • Talent Partner payouts are triggered where applicable
