What Happens After You Submit a Candidate

How your candidates move through the TechTree pipeline

When you submit a candidate through the TechTree platform, the candidate enters the internal review pipeline before being shared with the client.

This ensures every candidate presented to the client is relevant, qualified, and genuinely interested.

Step 1 — Internal Review

After you submit a candidate, a TechTree Talent Strategist reviews the submission.

They check:

  • role fit

  • CV quality

  • candidate interest

  • eligibility for the role

The candidate will be either:

  • Approved and invited to screening

  • Rejected if they do not match the role

Step 2 — Screening Interview

If approved, the candidate is invited to a screening call with TechTree.

During this interview we assess:

  • experience and background

  • motivations for the role

  • salary expectations

  • communication and professionalism

Candidates who do not meet the role requirements are filtered out at this stage.

Step 3 — Candidate Shared with Client

Candidates who pass screening are shared with the client.

The client receives:

  • the candidate CV

  • screening notes

  • candidate summary

The client then decides whether to move forward.

Step 4 — Client Interviews

If the client is interested, interviews are scheduled.

TechTree coordinates:

  • interview scheduling

  • candidate communication

  • feedback collection

Candidates move through the client’s interview process until a decision is made.

Step 5 — Hire & Payment

If your candidate is hired:

  • the placement is confirmed

  • the success fee is generated

  • your payout is triggered according to the Talent Partner agreement

Tracking Candidate Progress

You can monitor your candidates inside the Talent Partner Dashboard.

The dashboard shows:

  • candidate status

  • screening progress

  • interview stages

  • final outcomes

This gives you full visibility into how your candidates progress through the hiring pipeline.
