Find live roles and decide where to focus your effort

The Browse Jobs page shows all live roles you can work on as a Talent Partner.

These are active searches where:

  • The client is engaged

  • Budget and process are confirmed

  • TechTree is actively delivering candidates

This is where you decide which roles to prioritise and who to refer or outreach to.

Each row represents a live job posting.

Using filters to find the right roles

Use filters to focus on roles that match:

  • Your network

  • Your geography

  • Your seniority sweet spot

Available filters

  • Search – job title or company

  • Skills – tech stack or function

  • Salary range – shown in USD for comparison

  • Workplace type – On-site / Hybrid / Remote

  • Region – location-based roles

Tip: Fewer, better roles outperform mass submissions.

Table vs Grid view

You can switch between:

  • Table view – best for scanning many roles quickly

  • Grid view – better for reviewing job details visually

Use whichever helps you decide faster.

Before submitting a candidate, always click Preview.

Inside the job preview you’ll find:

  • Role scope and expectations

  • Required skills and seniority

  • Location and working model

  • Salary range (where available)

This ensures:

  • Better candidate alignment

  • Higher interview rates

  • Fewer rejections

Referring a candidate

When you click Refer candidate:

  • You submit a candidate directly into TechTree

  • Ownership is recorded immediately

  • The candidate appears in Submitted Candidates

Before referring:

  • Confirm candidate interest

  • Confirm location and availability

  • Confirm salary alignment

Quality > speed.

Best practices for higher payouts

High-performing Talent Partners:

  • Focus on 3–5 roles at a time

  • Pick roles that match their existing network

  • Prioritise new or recently updated roles

  • Avoid “hopeful” submissions

Remember:

One great hire beats ten rejected CVs.

What happens after you refer someone?

Once submitted:

  • TechTree takes over client coordination

  • Interviews, feedback, and offers are managed centrally

  • You see progress in Submitted Candidates

  • You’re paid if the candidate is hired

No chasing. No admin.

If a role disappears

Roles may be removed if:

  • The role is filled

  • The search is paused

  • Client priorities change

If a role disappears after you’ve submitted a candidate:

  • Your submission remains valid

  • Ownership rules still apply

Nothing looks relevant?

If you don’t see suitable roles:

  • Check back regularly (new roles added daily)

  • Focus on outreach-led sourcing instead

  • Or raise a request with TechTree for roles in your niche

We’d rather match you to the right work than push misaligned roles.
