Submitted Candidates
Track candidates you’ve formally submitted to TechTree
The Submitted Candidates page shows every candidate you have officially submitted into TechTree — either via:
Automated outreach follow-ups, or
Manual referrals from your own network
This is your single source of truth for candidate progress after submission.
Once a candidate appears here, TechTree takes over delivery.

What appears on this page
You’ll see candidates once they have been:
Confirmed as interested
Submitted into TechTree’s ATS
Linked to a specific job or client
This includes:
Candidates sourced via automation
Candidates referred manually
Candidates you screened (if opted into screening)
How to read the table
Each row represents one submitted candidate.

You don’t need to optimise for these manually

Used for tracking, not negotiation

Workflow statuses (what they mean)
Statuses update automatically as the process progresses.
Typical flow:
Submitted → Candidate shared with client
Interviewing → Client interviews in progress
Rejected → Candidate not proceeding
Hired → Placement confirmed 🎉
You don’t need to chase updates — TechTree manages this.
Your role after submission
Once a candidate is submitted:
You are responsible for:
Being available if TechTree needs clarification
Maintaining professional communication if the candidate replies to you directly
Keeping candidate interest warm if needed
You are not responsible for:
Scheduling interviews
Client communication
Feedback collection
Offer negotiation
Contract handling
Think of this page as visibility, not workload.
Candidate ownership & protection
Important rules apply here:
The first Talent Partner to submit an engaged candidate owns that candidate
Ownership lasts 12 months
If the candidate is hired later (even for a different role), you are paid
Duplicate submissions are blocked by design
This page is your record of ownership.
Using filters effectively
You can filter by:
Candidate name
Job posting
Workflow status
Scorecard filters (if enabled)
Best practice:
Filter by Status
Focus on candidates in Interviewing or Offer
These are your near-term revenue signals
What happens when a candidate is hired?
When a hire is confirmed:
Status updates to Hired
You receive a system notification
Fee details are shared (start date, guarantees, payout timing)
Payment process begins after revenue is collected and guarantees clear
You do not need to invoice until prompted.
Why this page matters
This page answers three questions instantly:
What have I submitted?
Where are my candidates now?

Stay aligned without chasing updates
Nothing showing yet?
That’s normal if:
You haven’t submitted a candidate yet
Outreach is still in progress
Candidates are still in early engagement
Start by:
Reviewing Outreached Candidates
Browsing live roles
Submitting your first candidate
