Dashboard Overview
The dashboard is the first screen you’ll see when you log in to TechTree.
The dashboard is the first screen you’ll see when you log in to TechTree.
It’s designed to give you instant clarity on:
What’s happening right now
Where your attention is needed
Which roles and candidates to focus on next
You don’t need to manage pipelines, chase updates, or track progress elsewhere. This dashboard is your single source of truth.

What the dashboard shows at a glance
At a high level, the dashboard answers three questions:
What have I done so far?
What needs my attention right now?
What opportunities should I work on next?
Each section below is designed to answer one of those questions.
Application Statistics

This section tracks candidates you’ve submitted to roles.
You’ll see counts for:
Total applications – all candidates you’ve submitted
Qualified – candidates progressing positively
Rejected – candidates not moving forward
Accepted by the client – candidates moving into interviews or offers
This gives you a quick read on:
Submission quality
Conversion performance
Momentum across your activity
Tip: Quality matters more than volume. Strong conversion here is a good signal you’re focusing on the right roles and candidates.
Outreach Statistics

This section appears if outreach is enabled on your account.
It shows performance across the outreach funnel:
Total people contacted
Accepted invites
Responded
Interested
Applied
This helps you understand:
Whether outreach is generating interest
Where candidates drop off
Whether messaging or targeting needs adjustment
All outreach is:
Within LinkedIn limits
Transparent
Pausable at any time
Interested Candidates

This section shows candidates who have actively expressed interest and may need your input.
Examples:
They replied positively to outreach
They asked questions
They need confirmation before submission
If this section is empty, it means:
No candidates currently need manual action
Or TechTree is handling the next steps
This is often your highest-priority action area.
Recently Updated Applications

This section shows recent movement on candidates you’ve submitted.
You’ll see:
Status changes
New updates
Progress through the hiring process
Click into any application to view:
Candidate details
Current stage

Once a candidate is submitted:
TechTree manages client coordination
You stay informed through this view
Recent Job Postings

This is where new opportunities surface.
Each job card shows:
Role title and company
Location and workplace type
Salary range (where available)
Key skills and requirements
From here, you can:
View full role details
Recommend a candidate directly
Decide which roles best match your network
Best practice: pick 1–2 roles you feel strong conviction about and focus there.
Quick Actions
From the dashboard, you can:
Recommend a candidate
Jump into role details
Move into deeper sections like Outreach, Submissions, or Screenings
You should rarely feel “stuck” on the dashboard. If you do, it usually means:
There are no urgent actions required, or
You should browse roles to create new activity
How the dashboard fits into your workflow
A typical flow looks like this:
Review Recent Job Postings
Engage or refer candidates
Respond to Interested Candidates
Track progress in Recently Updated Applications
Let TechTree handle delivery and client coordination
The dashboard keeps this loop visible without admin overhead.
A note on empty states
It’s normal for parts of the dashboard to be empty when:
You’re newly onboarded
You haven’t enabled outreach
Candidates are mid-process
Empty does not mean broken. It usually means TechTree is handling the next step.
What to do next
If you’re new:
Start with Browse Jobs
Pick roles that fit your network
Submit your first candidate
If you’re active:
Check Interested Candidates
Review Recently Updated Applications
If something feels unclear:
Flag it via feedback
Or message the TechTree team
The dashboard will evolve — your feedback helps shape it.
