What appears on this page
Only candidates who were:
Selected by TechTree AI
Contacted via automated outreach
Engaged through your connected LinkedIn account
will appear here.
You will not see:
Candidates you manually referred (those appear after submission)
Candidates sourced by other Talent Partners
Candidates already fully managed by TechTree unless your action is required
Candidate statuses (what they mean)
Each candidate moves through clear states so you always know what to do next.

This is normal and expected.
Interested
Candidate has replied positively
They may ask questions, confirm interest, or want more details

Move the candidate toward submission
Responded (but not interested)
Candidate replied but declined or is not a fit

These candidates will not be re-contacted for the same role.
Using filters effectively
At the top of the page, you can filter by:
Search – name or email
Status – Interested, Awaiting Reply, etc.
Role / Job – if applicable
Best practice:
Filter by Interested first
Work through those candidates before anything else
Treat this as your priority queue
What you’re responsible for on this page
As a Talent Partner, your role here is lightweight but important.
You are expected to:
Respond to interested candidates in a timely manner
Keep communication professional and transparent
Confirm genuine interest before submission
Avoid over-selling or pressure
You are not expected to:
Pitch clients blindly
Handle scheduling with hiring managers
Manage interview processes
Chase clients for feedback
Once a candidate is submitted, TechTree takes over delivery.
Candidate transparency & safety
A few important principles apply here:
You always know which company and role you’re representing
Roles are never anonymised
Messages are sent within LinkedIn limits
We never message your existing LinkedIn connections
Automation can be paused or stopped at any time
If something feels off:
Pause outreach
Flag it to the TechTree team
We’d rather fix issues early than damage trust
