How to Get Started
Talent Partner Onboarding
This guide walks you through the full onboarding journey — from application to being fully activated on the platform.
If you follow the steps below, you’ll be ready to start sourcing, engaging candidates, and earning with TechTree in under 15 minutes.
1. Apply to Join the Programme
Start by submitting your application to become a TechTree Talent Partner.

During the application, we’ll ask about:
Your recruiting background
The types of roles you typically work on
Your LinkedIn setup and experience
Whether you’re interested in screening calls for additional earnings
2. Application Review & Approval
Once submitted, our team reviews applications to ensure quality and alignment with current hiring needs.
If approved, you’ll receive an email confirming your acceptance into the TechTree Talent Partner Programme.
3. Create Your Account
After approval, you’ll be prompted to create your TechTree account.
You can:
Log in with email and password
Or sign up using Google
Follow the on-screen steps to create your account credentials.
4. Verify Your Account
To complete registration, you’ll receive a verification email.
Click Finish initialization to verify your email address and activate your account.
5. Accept Terms & Conditions
Next, you’ll be asked to review and accept the Talent Partner Terms & Conditions.
These outline:
Your role and responsibilities
How revenue share works
Confidentiality and data protection
Termination and post-termination terms
Once accepted, you can proceed with onboarding.
6. Install the Chrome Extension
TechTree uses a Chrome extension to support candidate sourcing and outreach on LinkedIn.
To continue:
Install the TechTree Chrome Extension
Ensure you’re logged into LinkedIn
Confirm the extension is connected
You’ll see a confirmation once everything is set up correctly.
7. Join an Onboarding Session
We host short onboarding sessions to help new Talent Partners:
Understand how the platform works
Learn best practices for sourcing and submissions
Ask questions live
Choose a session time that fits your schedule and add it to your calendar.
8. Review the Talent Partner Wiki
The Wiki is your ongoing reference for everything related to TechTree:
Platform walkthroughs
How outreach works
Submitting candidates
Getting paid
Quality standards and best practices
Take a few minutes to review it before continuing.
9. You’re Onboarded 🎉
That’s it — you’re fully onboarded.
You now have access to:
Live job postings
Candidate submission workflows
Outreach tools
Screening opportunities (if enabled)
