What is a TechTree Talent Partner?

A TechTree Talent Partner is a trusted human layer on top of our AI recruitment platform.

You’re not here to do admin-heavy recruiting. You’re here to apply judgment, credibility, and human conversation — while TechTree handles the heavy lifting.

Think of TechTree as:

  • The research engine

  • The ATS

  • The client-facing delivery layer

And you as:

  • The human connector

  • The signal checker

  • The person candidates actually trust

You decide how involved you want to be. There’s no minimum commitment, no fixed hours, and no obligation to use every model.

How you can work with TechTree

You can work with us in one, two, or all three of the models below — at the same time or at different points.

1. Automated LinkedIn Outreach (most passive)

This is the most hands-off way to earn with TechTree.

If you choose to opt in:

  • You connect your LinkedIn account

  • We match you to roles that fit your geography and experience

  • TechTree AI selects relevant candidates

  • Automation sends fewer than 100 connection requests per week (well within LinkedIn limits)

What you do:

  • Reply to interested candidates

  • Answer basic role questions

  • Upload CVs into TechTree

Time commitment: ~1 hour per week Payout: 10% of the success fee (typically €1.5k–€3k per hire)

You’ll always know:

  • Which company you’re representing

  • Which role the outreach relates to

We never anonymise roles or spam candidates.

You can pause or stop automated outreach at any time.

2. Manual referrals from your own network

If you prefer a more hands-on or selective approach:

  • Browse open roles in the platform

  • Refer candidates you already know

  • Confirm their interest

  • Submit them directly

This is ideal if:

  • You have strong existing candidate relationships

  • You don’t want automation on your LinkedIn

  • You prefer fewer, higher-conviction referrals

Payout: 20% of the success fee (typically €5k–€6k per hire)

3. Candidate screening interviews

Some clients want a human screen before candidates reach hiring managers.

If you opt in:

  • You’ll be trained on the screening framework

  • Set your availability

  • Run short, structured screening calls

  • Upload notes directly into TechTree

Payout: 10% of the success fee

Screening can stack with either:

  • Automated outreach

  • Manual referrals

Candidate ownership & transparency

We’re explicit about this to avoid confusion or internal competition.

  • The first Talent Partner to submit an engaged candidate owns that candidate

  • Ownership lasts 12 months

  • If that candidate is hired later — even for a different role — you’re paid

  • The platform prevents duplicate automated outreach by design

  • For manual referrals, you’ll be notified if a candidate already exists in the system

Our goal is fairness and clarity, not racing other Talent Partners.

What happens after you submit a candidate?

Once a candidate enters TechTree:

  • We take over client coordination

  • We manage interviews, feedback, and updates

  • We keep you informed at every stage

  • You can track progress directly in your dashboard

Think of TechTree as your ATS + delivery team — without the admin burden.

Payments (no surprises)

  • TechTree operates on success fees (like a recruitment agency)

  • Most clients have a 1–3 month rebate window

  • Payments are released in stages once clients pay

  • For now, you invoice us

  • A native payments module is coming soon

You’ll always receive:

  • Hire confirmation

  • Fee breakdown

  • Clear payment timelines

These are non-negotiable for us:

  • No automation without onboarding

  • No hidden activity

  • No impersonation

  • No messaging your existing LinkedIn connections

  • No exceeding LinkedIn limits

If anything ever feels unclear — pause, ask, or stop. We’d rather fix issues early than damage trust.

Feedback is part of the deal

TechTree is still evolving.

That means:

  • You’ll see changes

  • You may hit rough edges

  • Your feedback directly shapes the product

Negative feedback is welcome. Silence is worse than criticism.
